Product-page help for Shopify home-decor brands

Clearer product pages, without rebuilding your store.

I help Shopify home-decor brands make product details easier to find and buying decisions easier to make. Start with a free review of one product page, then choose whether you want help implementing the changes.

One product page. No call needed. No obligation.

Sample work

One product page, before and after

Fictional brand Quillmere Home Co. is invented. This is not a client project, and every product detail is made up — it shows the kind of changes I make.

BeforeSample work — fictional brand
Before: a sample product page for a fictional lamp titled “The Everyday Lamp”. Red markers point out a vague title, one long paragraph, no dimensions, materials or care details, shipping and returns only in the footer, a file name as the photo caption, and a wishlist button styled like the main action.

Scroll inside to see the whole page. Open the full Before page (opens in a new tab)

AfterSample work — fictional brand
After: the same fictional lamp page, now titled “Ash-Glaze Ceramic Table Lamp with Linen Shade”, with a real photo caption, one clear Add to cart button showing the price, shipping and returns summarized under the button, a short description with bullets, and a details table with dimensions, materials, bulb and care.

Scroll inside to see the whole page. Open the full After page (opens in a new tab)

  1. 1
A name that says what it is. “The Everyday Lamp” becomes “Ash-Glaze Ceramic Table Lamp with Linen Shade”.
  2. 2
Details you can scan. One long paragraph becomes two short sentences and three bullets.
  3. 3
“Will it fit?” answered. Dimensions, materials, bulb and care sit together in one table.
  4. 4
Shipping next to the button. Delivery time, shipping and returns are summarized right under Add to cart.

The numbers match the markers in the sample. No sales or conversion results are claimed.

Process & safeguards

What happens next, and how your store stays safe

  1. 1

    Send one page.

Use the form below, or email me the link to the page you’d like reviewed.

  2. 2

    Get your free review.

A short written review based on your public page — yours to keep and use.

  3. 3

    Agree the scope.

If you want me to make the changes, we agree in writing exactly what changes, for $200.

  4. 4

    Approve the preview.

I work in a duplicate of your theme. Nothing goes live until you say yes.

  5. 5

    Publish and check.

After you approve, I publish and check mobile layout, links and the add-to-cart or inquiry flow.

How I handle your store

  • Your accounts stay yours. You add me as a Shopify staff member or collaborator and can remove access any time. I never need your password.
  • Originals saved first. I duplicate your theme and save the original text before changing anything, so it can be restored.
  • You pay platform costs directly. Shopify, apps, themes, hosting and domains are billed to you, not through me.
  • Only your facts. I use product details, prices, policies and claims you’ve confirmed — nothing invented.
  • Honest reporting. If you have analytics, I note a starting point and report what changed, without claiming any single change caused a sales difference.

Meet Mitch

One person, doing the work himself

Hi, I’m Mitch. I’m an American college student, and I run Hearthpage on my own. I focus on one thing: making existing Shopify product pages for small home-decor brands clearer.

I do the work myself — the review, the written suggestions and any changes we agree on. When you email Hearthpage, you’re talking to me directly, not a team or an account manager.

Email me: hello@hearthpagedesign.com

Questions

Good to know

Anything else? Email hello@hearthpagedesign.com.

Yes. One page, written up for you to keep. If you’d like me to make the changes, that’s the $200 page improvement — no pressure either way.

Shopify only, for now.

No. You add me as a staff member or collaborator in Shopify, with only the permissions the work needs, and remove me whenever you like.

Nothing is published until you approve the preview, and the page price includes one round of revisions. Your original theme and text are saved, so we can go back.

I can’t promise that, and I won’t claim it. The goal is a page that answers shoppers’ questions clearly. If you have analytics, I’ll share what changed after the update, honestly.

Up to 3 hours a month for updates, small improvements and checks, plus a short monthly report. I acknowledge requests within two business days — that means a reply confirming I have your request, not a promise that the work is finished in two days. Cancel anytime, no notice period.

I look at your page as a shopper sees it, phone view included, and email you the written review. If you’d like help making the changes, we agree the scope in writing first.
